Construction Details (specific details for thresholds, balustrades, wall ends to floor or ceiling, roof details, facade details, stair details, among other.
Detailed drawings such as joinery details, wet area details, features.
Materials and Finishes Specification Schedules (substrates, finishes, plumbing and electrical fixtures and fittings, appliances, paint, feature items).

We can document a recently completed building for the purpose of keeping or updating records.

We offer documentation of recently constructed buildings for the purpose of retrospective certification. The set of drawings provided are the same as outlined for a new building approval documentation.
